The Sleep+ Vitality Program lasts for 6 weeks and includes individual sessions, as well as a range of tools and techniques. You may complete the program in person, over Zoom, or through a combination of both.
I believe in building long-term, sustainable results using simple, rapid and effective tools. Throughout the programme, we will monitor the effectiveness of these resources and make any necessary adjustments to ensure that by the end, you feel calmer, sleep better, and are full of vitality.

The Sleep+ Vitality Program investment is CHF 1.320,00 which includes individual tailored sessions, ongoing WhatsApp/email support throughout and an additional 2 weeks afterwards, as well as life-long tools and strategies for optimal well-being.
